Awards for P.H.S. Alumni:
1. Asmussen Family Renewable Endowment Scholarship (Education Majors only)
Any Ponca High School graduate who has completed at least one year of college and is majoring in elementary education and/or a current staff member completing a master degree in education is eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants for the Asmussen Family Endowment Renewable Scholarship will need to print the documents below. A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg preferred). Additionally, proof of college enrollment is necessary. The application should be signed and all materials should be turned into the guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.

2. Bainbridge Renewable Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to a Ponca High School graduate (full time undergraduate student taking at least 12 hours per semester) who is completing his/her 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of studies at any college. This scholarship must be awarded within four years of the student's graduation from Ponca Public Schools. (Example: Student graduating in 2008 from PHS could be awarded this scholarship through the Fall of 2012 when he/she would be a fifth year college senior.) Additionally, the student's cumulative grade point average will be a consideration. Applicants for this scholarship will need to print the documents below.
A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg preferred). Additionally, proof of college enrollment verifying the student's full time status is necessary. The application should be signed and all materials should be turned into the guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.

3. Kim Dohma Memorial Renewable Endowment Scholarship
This renewable scholarship is to be awarded to a Ponca High School graduate who is completing post-secondary education at any institution. The applicant must be in at least his/her second year of post-secondary education. Applicants for this renewable scholarship will need to print the documents below. A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg file preferred). Additionally, proof of college enrollment is necessary. The application should be signed and all materials should be submitted to the guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.

4. Lamp Oil Special Use Endowment Grant
Applicants for the Lamp Oil Special Use Endowment Grant will need to print the documents below. A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg preferred). The application should be signed and all materials should be turned into the guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.

5. Ponca Community Educational Foundation (PCEF) Renewable Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to a Ponca High School graduate who is completing his/her 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of post-secondary education or is completing post baccalaureate studies. Applicants for this scholarship will need to print the documents below.

6. P.E.A. Renewable Scholarship (Education Majors only)
Any Ponca High School graduate who has completed at least one year of college and is majoring in teacher education is eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants for the P.E.A. Renewable Scholarship will need to print the documents below. A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg preferred). Additionally, proof of college enrollment is necessary. The application should be signed and all materials should be turned into the guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.

7. Harold and Darlene Von Minden Renewable Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to a Ponca High School graduate who is completing undergraduate or post-graduate studies at any college. Applicants for this scholarship will need to print the documents below. A completed application for this award includes a typed cover sheet and application and a (head and shoulders) wallet size picture (jpg/jpeg preferred). Additionally, proof of college enrollment verifying the student’s enrollment status is necessary. The application should be signed and all materials should be turned into the Ponca guidance office by 4:00 P.M., March 15th of the award year.
